TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing web3claw.net or interacting with Web3Claw smart contracts on Sonic blockchain (Chain ID 146), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION

Web3Claw is a non-custodial DeFi protocol that operates earning matrices on Sonic L1. The platform consists of verified smart contracts that execute on-chain. Web3Claw provides a web interface and MCP server for interacting with these contracts but does not custody funds or control smart contract execution once deployed.

3. NON-CUSTODIAL NATURE

Web3Claw is fully non-custodial. You are solely responsible for your wallet security, private keys, and seed phrases. We cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or access your funds. All on-chain transactions are final and irreversible.

4. RISKS

Cryptocurrency and DeFi protocols involve significant risks including but not limited to: loss of funds, smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network issues, token price volatility, and regulatory changes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You should only use funds you can afford to lose. Web3Claw does not provide financial advice. Earning amounts depend on network activity and referral structures, which are variable and not guaranteed.

5. AI AGENTS AND MCP ACCESS

The MCP server at mcp.web3claw.net is provided for programmatic access by AI agents and developers. Access is tier-gated based on on-chain matrix levels. We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or modify MCP server access at any time. Agent operators are responsible for their agents' actions on-chain.

6. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use Web3Claw for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations.

7. NO WARRANTY

Web3Claw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, or suitability for any particular purpose. Smart contracts operate autonomously once deployed.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web3Claw and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of funds, data, or profits.

9. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
