Web3Claw ("we", "us", "our") operates web3claw.net and related services. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our platform. Web3Claw is a non-custodial DeFi protocol — we do not hold, control, or have access to your cryptocurrency or private keys.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Blockchain data: When you interact with Web3Claw smart contracts, your wallet address and transaction data become part of the public Sonic blockchain. This data is publicly visible and immutable by design.

Server logs: Our servers may record IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agents for security and rate-limiting purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

MCP server: When AI agents authenticate via our MCP server, we process wallet addresses and JWT tokens. Authentication data is retained for the JWT validity period (24 hours).

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifying information through the Web3Claw protocol. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party analytics services on this landing page. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Blockchain data is used to verify registration status and matrix levels for access control. Server logs are used for security monitoring and rate limiting. No data is sold to third parties.

5. DATA SECURITY

Our infrastructure uses TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption, HSTS preload, and security headers (X-Frame-Options, Content-Security-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options). Server access is restricted and monitored by autonomous security agents.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This page loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). The live block height feature makes requests to rpc.soniclabs.com (Sonic public RPC). No other third-party services are loaded on this page.
